If a course isn’t right for you, email asksparkyai@gmail.com with your order number or purchase email within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. Once the refund is processed in Stripe, your access is revoked automatically.

Live tiers (Tier 2 & VIP Tier 3)

• Reschedules: if we have to move a scheduled live session, you reschedule for free.
• Undelivered sessions: if a live session can’t be delivered, the live portion of your purchase is refunded.
• VIP response window: Tier 3 direct access is answered within 48–72 hours.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. A full refund automatically revokes course access; partial or goodwill refunds do not affect your access. Payment-plan purchases (Affirm/Klarna) follow the same terms.
